The song "Midwest Classic" is a tribute to my wife, Molly, who stood up for feminism at her women's college in Virginia. She is the most fiercely loyal and staunchly optimistic person I know, and the world needs more of that these days. I'm thankful for her every day. Also we had lots of sunflowers at our wedding.
